This project tried to take a home that was untouched for many years and couldn’t sell in the marketplace and transform it into one of the best houses in the area.  We think it worked!

In the end our 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom rebuild sold in just 6 days on the market for a record price.

All materials were chosen carefully and the long backyard gives a quiet sanctuary for the homes’ occupants.

This stair guard designed by designer Vivien Li has become our signature stair guard in most of our projects.
