For the first time we saw an opportunity to reconstruct an early century bungalow in East York on a very generous lot with a lot of old-growth trees and sunlight. The result was a very bright, airy and very well proportioned 4+1 bedroom home on a 30 foot wide lot with warm modern finishes. This is the largest home we have renovated and there is so much to love about it. We are excited for the family that gets to call this home
