This project was a rebuild that kept 3 walls and the vision was to capitalize on the long lot and allowable density. The result was very good as we converted the house from three to four bedrooms by a rear addition on piers. The ceiling height was raised to 11ft (3.35m) on the second floor giving brightness to the rooms and airiness to the architecture.

Due to it’s proximity to the subway in Toronto, this property was purchased quickly after completion.
